I showed up with very little notice and my application was STILL on file (they leave them on file for 30 days from my understanding and then they’re reran) and ready to go! All the staff was very welcoming as soon as we entered the building…offering us something to drink while giving us a place to sit while waiting on Eddie.
Our experience with Eddie was very positive, he showed us the vehicle we were interested in and then was patient with me changing my mind a couple of times! We finally found the one we love and the rest of the process was a breeze!
